Representative Beltran was first elected in 2018 and is currently serving the constituents of Southern Hillsborough and Northern Manatee counties. He is on his third term with the Florida House of Representatives.
Representative Beltran is a Harvard Law School Graduate serving as a successful litigation attorney based in Tampa. He was recently appointed as a Commissioner for the Thirteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission for Hillsborough
County as well as serves as Commissioner for Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal.
Representative Beltran is also a devoted husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family, taking advantage of any opportunity to enjoy a game night.
